Scope and operator

This policy covers chatgtp.fyi, an independent tutorial and resource website. Contact: jimmysenior360@gmail.com. It does not cover ChatGPT or other external sites you visit through our links.

Prompt builder

The prompt builder processes the goal you enter in your browser. It does not submit that text to an AI provider or save it to our application database. Copying uses your browser clipboard permission. Pasting a prompt into an external service subjects it to that service’s policies. Avoid entering sensitive information.

Site accounts

If you create a site account, we process the name, email, authentication records, and sessions needed to operate it. Passwords are stored using the authentication library’s password hashing, rather than as plain text. Google sign-in, when enabled, shares basic profile and email information to establish a site session. Your site account is separate from your OpenAI account.

Technical records and hosting

Cloudflare provides hosting and related infrastructure. Requests may include IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and error data for operation and security. Our authentication system may store an account’s signup IP address and language. Session cookies support sign-in; browser storage can remember language and theme choices.

Analytics and session insights

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and page interactions, and Microsoft Clarity measures interactions using heatmaps and session replay. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process device, browser, page, and interaction information. Prompt inputs and account surfaces are marked for masking. Masking does not remove every possible signal from a URL or request. Do not put sensitive information in page URLs.

See Google’s privacy information and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Browser privacy settings or blocking tools may limit analytics. We do not claim that all visits are anonymous or that these services are cookie-free.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use information to run the website, manage accounts, investigate failures, and understand use. Infrastructure and analytics providers process information for these purposes. We do not sell account information. Account information remains while needed to provide the account; technical and analytics records follow the configured provider retention. We do not promise a deletion period that has not been verified.

Your choices

You can read tutorials and use the prompt builder without a site account. You may manage cookies and site storage in your browser. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your site account, email the operator from the associated address. We may need to verify ownership. Do not include passwords. For an OpenAI account, contact OpenAI directly.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date shown above identifies the current version.
